When not working on making Open AR Cloud the go to place for solving the hard problems of AR, he is a senior full-stack developer at Norkart. There he is currently in charge of an open R&D program in collaboration with NTNU ( https://www.ntnu.edu ) related to AR-cloud. He was part of the team which created the groundbreaking Border GO prototype on commision for the Norwegian Mapping Authority ( https://www.Kartverket.no ). In the mid 90ties while still in his teens, he made the first computer-generated virtual studio backgrounds for broadcast TV in Norway from his bedroom. The pioneering experience of combining the real and the virtual over 20 years ago is mirrored in his current work with Open AR Cloud.

Ori is a world-leading expert in the Augmented Reality industry and has devoted the past decade to fostering the AR ecosystem as an entrepreneur, ecosystem builder, advisor and investor. He is the Founder and Managing Partner for Super Ventures and CEO of AugmentedReality.Org, the organization he co-founded in 2010 to advance the AR ecosystem. In this role he leads worldwide operations for Augmented World Expo (AWE), the largest global conference and events for AR and VR with over 10,000 attendees worldwide. In 2009, Ori was the Co-founder and CEO of Ogmento (now Flyby Media - acquired by Apple to be the foundation for ARKit). Previously, as Senior Vice President at SAP, Ori grew the SAP Netweaver platform from a concept to a billion dollar business. He lead the development and launch of dozens of products and business applications including the world’s leading enterprise portal, which in 2001 was acquired by SAP for $400 Million.
Christine Perey is an industry analyst and active leader of new technology industry initiatives. She was an early evangelist for use of streaming media and videoconferencing for 15 years until, in 2006, she began to study mobile Augmented Reality to increase operational efficiencies in business and enrich the lives of people. Her company provides services and programs for executives building and acquiring AR-enabling technologies as well as to the largest enterprise AR platform customers. Christine has started and led many communities of interest. She is an advocate for interoperable Augmented Reality content and experiences, leads a grassroots community dedicated to this purpose and serves on numerous standards working groups. She is the founder and from 2013 to 2016 served as the founding executive director of the AR for Enterprise Alliance (AREA), the only global member-based organization accelerating AR adoption in enterprise. When not traveling, Christine lives and works in Montreux, Switzerland.
Steven is a creative technologist and entrepreneur whose career spans web development, visual effects and immersive content. With more than 20 years experience designing content management systems and producing world class VFX on over 100 feature films and commercials Steven’s role @ VERSES is focused on harnessing the convergence of AR, VR, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Distributed Computing to build the next generation of the web - the Spatial Web.
Arka is the Co Founder and CEO of ContextGrid, which is running the spatial index for Augmented Reality and creating a cross platform Augmented Reality Browser. His main skills lie in Big Data driving AR and IoT forward, currently making great headway into the retail vertical by translating ideas into action. Previously Arka Co Founded 3 other startups including Mobile and Social apps, which won awards and was featured in National press and TV.
Michael N. Louka is the head of the VR & AR department at IFE Digital Systems in Norway. He has been working with VR technologies since 1995 and AR since 2001, primarily on projects focused on safety-critical environments in the energy and transport sectors. His research interests include industrial applications of VR&AR, collaborative 3D user interfaces, risk visualization techniques, cybersecurity, and human-centered design methods. He believes strongly that open standards, interoperability, privacy, and security are crucial for managing spatial data that will be relied on, used, updated, and shared over decades by organizations and individuals.
